NISI sale merchandise is considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. There will be no price adjustments on any precious purchases.

If you have any questions regarding your purchase, or would like to enquire for a store credit for faulty or damaged items purchased in sale, please send us an email with your full name, purchase date and the item information. In the email please indicate your reason for the return and we will help you to proceed with your return enquiry. 

NISI reserves the right to change, revise or modify the terms and conditions of our returns and sale policy at any time. 

For Sale Returns which qualify at enquiry stage: As soon as the item is received, we will either send you another item or store credit. Please allow up to 14 days.

We do not cover the return postage fees. You must include a prepaid postage satchel for your item to be posted back in. Be sure you have a tracking number when you return the item.
